How we work with managers
You will usually speak to the same coordinators, who keep notes on layout, escalation preferences, and which residents need a gentle introduction. When cover drops out at the last minute, we start from those notes instead of a blank screen.
Internally we run a simple CRM: every home, worker, and placement is logged so we are not duplicating calls or offering people who are already booked. It is boring software — on purpose — so the team can focus on voices, not pop-ups.
